full staging services, real estate marketing and administrative assistance to Realtors throughout Mecklenburg
County, NC and  the surrounding areas.

All of our services are performed on an on-call basis, for Realtors that do not need and/or want to hire and maintain
a full or part-time staff.  

We are on-call Monday through Saturday from 9:00am   to 5:00pm to assist you with all of your marketing and
administrative needs.

Staging for a Quick Sale:  We work directly with your client to turn your listing into a "model home"  We
declutter, rearrange and redecorate to ensure that your listing stands out from the competition!

Marketing:  We photograph your listing, create custom fliers and brochures, and enter the information and
photographs into MLS, your personal web site, virtual tour programs, Craig's List, Zillow, etc.

Newsletters:  We create monthly, bi-monthly and/or quarterly newsletters for distribution to your clients.

Advertising:    We create, print and distribute fliers and postcards to generate your business.

Administrative:   We create and maintain mailing lists, and perform miscellaneous data entry and typing.
