Staging:  We work directly with your homeowner to turn your listing into a "model home"  We declutter, rearrange
and redecorate to ensure that your listing stands out from the competition!

Photography:  We photograph your listings with a 10mm wide-angle lens, and Photoshop for the best quality!

Marketing:  We create custom color fliers and multi-page brochures to your specifications.

Web Site Entries:  We enter  information and photographs into Realtor.com, your personal web site, virtual tour
programs, Postlets, Craig's List and more.  Confidentiality agreements are signed in advance to ensure the security
of any and all passwords or confidential material.

Advertising:    We create unique flyers, brochures and postcards to help you generate your business.

Administrative:   We create and maintain mailing lists, and perform miscellaneous data entry and typing.   

     We are on-call Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm to assist you with all of your
  marketing and administrative needs.  Saturday appointments are available at an additional fee.
